Send a bug report, payment problem, coupon issue, or storefront problem directly from the store. Support gets the report through Resend and you get a confirmation email back.

The more specific you are, the faster it is to reproduce and fix.
What to Include
These details make debugging much faster.

Useful details

Mention the product, coupon code, account email, and whether the problem happened in test mode or live mode.

For payment issues

Include the Stripe checkout result, any error message, and whether you reached the success page.

You should receive a confirmation email after submitting. If that does not arrive, the report may still have been delivered to support.
